We love hot pot. We love sharing. We love being social. We are a group of food nerds held together by the passion for Asian hot pot and eagerness to bring this unique social dining experience to Copenhagen. We first set a fire for our hot pots at Copenhagen Cooking Festival 2017. We are proud of being humbly named the first high-quality and authentic Hot Pot place in the city.
Hot pot-- also known as Shabu-shabu in Japan and Korean, and steamboat in Thailand, is one of the most social dining formats you can think of. Not only are you gathered at one table sharing a meal with your friends or family, but you're “cooking” food together.
There are more than 10 kinds of ingredients for you to “cook”. How long the ingredients are cooked and the combination of the ingredients cooked together create different flavors in each round of “cooking”.
The slow cooked soup and our secret soup base, together with more than 10 different fresh vegetables, Asian specialties and meat bring you a brand new gastronomic experience with low gluten, low fat and low carbohydrates.
We don't have our own restaurant yet, so we are doing pop up restaurants different places. January we did it at Mikkeller's Hyggestund.
Notice: we are currently closed, opening soon!
From the 6. february and the rest of the month we are hosting a pop up restaurant in Borgergade 17F, a small and hyggelig place. We will have different events and themes, so follow us on Facebook. Remember to book table before visiting.
